About

Pocket Sprint started as a group chat where a few of us kept trading screenshots of weird arcade games we found late at night. At some point the chat got too long to scroll, so we built a site instead. Nothing fancy — just honest notes on what's fun and what wears thin after twenty runs.

We focus on arcades and runners because they suit phones. You pick them up, you die, you try again, and somewhere in that loop is either magic or boredom. Our job is telling the two apart.

We pick games by playing whatever crosses our path: store charts, reader tips, a friend saying "you have to try this." Then someone on the team lives with it for at least a week before writing a word. No week, no review.

We're a small crew and we like it that way. Slow, opinionated, and allergic to hype.
